HOPE. 

The Oxford Dictionary says HOPE is "a feeling of expectation and desire for a certain thing to happen." 

Well, in the hospice world, the "feeling of expectation" fits. I'm less sure about the "desire for [implementation of the HOPE tool] to happen."

October 1, 2025 is when HOPE becomes the standard for hospice data capture through timepoints. Best to get familiar with it now.
