I'll teach equally about diagnosis coding for both hospice AND home health. Each program equally must ensure diagnosis coding accuracy and specificity. CMS' 2017 Hospice Final Rule indicates further exacerbation of hospice's still-stinging, diagnosis-centered regulatory whiplash. As for home health, well, diagnosis code assignment accuracy continues slicing ever deeper into home care agency vulnerabilities.
Up to 12 hours CEU credit goes toward maintaining your HCS-D and/or HCS-H credential. Or 6 CEU's can go toward one credential one day, and the other credential the next day.
The Utah Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (UAHC) and the Utah Association of Home Care and Hospice (UHPCO), are co-sponsoring the two-day ICD-10 update workshop. But your agency need neither be in Utah nor part of UAHC or UHPCO to be there, whether virtually or personally. (But members do get a discount.)

UAHC will sponsor a 12-hour, two-day, OASIS-C2 workshop that I'll teach simultaneously live on-site and live streamed, in time to prepare clinicians for OASIS-C2 implementation.
