How do you feel about your agency's Preview CY2024 Annual HHVBP Performance Reports (CY 2024 APRs)? Yours awaits you at iQIES if you haven't yet downloaded it. That is, if your agency was Medicare-certified before 1/1/22 and met the 2023 thresholds to participate – at least 20 home health quality episodes, at least 20 home health stays. HHCAHPS count, too, if you had at least 40 completed surveys in 2023.
This is the report that determines whether you'll receive enhanced payment or suffer penalties that reduce your payment throughout 2025.
