While OASIS-D1 items in these areas don't directly influence PDGM payment they could be problematic if they contradict or just don't support adequately any related diagnoses listed as primary or co-morbid conditions on the OASIS and claim. Make sure your responses further build your case for fair reimbursement under PDGM.
