New from CMS: Process for Hospices to Submit a List of Claims Requiring Adjustments

If you've had RHC or SIA payments that have been processed incorrectly, check out this informative pdf from CMS. You'll need to submit your claims needing adjustment to your Medicare Administrative Contractors (MACs). You'll need to provide the following info (per the above-linked article):

• the document control numbers (DCNs) of the claims to be adjusted
